30-Day Free Returns

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and no restocking or return-handling fees will be charged.

This policy applies to all eligible orders placed through navelloa.shop, regardless of the delivery destination.

Complimentary Samples

Every Navelloa order includes complimentary product samples. We encourage you to try the samples before opening the corresponding full-size products.

If you try a sample and decide that the product is not right for you, you may return the full-size product for a refund, provided that the full-size product remains unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Complimentary samples may be opened and tested. They do not need to be returned and will not affect your refund eligibility.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Full-size products must remain unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.
• Original packaging, labels, and product seals must remain intact.
• Only complimentary samples may be opened or tested.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Please do not send products back without following the provided return instructions.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The refund will cover the amount paid for the eligible returned products. Navelloa does not charge return shipping, restocking, or refund-processing fees for eligible returns.
